The Wallet, Payments & Commerce (WPC) team is looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to drive client’s partner expansion projects. Our Program Management Office (PMO) team is responsible for delivering solutions for WPC and works closely with a variety of external partners, internal Engineering teams, third party integration partners to coordinate solution delivery. In a fast- paced, matrix organization, you will need to lead and manage partner project engagements, collaborate with multiple teams to establish and prioritize issues, resolve functional team issues, and effectively communicate project status, risks and mitigations. Key Qualifications
• Self-motivated work ethic with proven critical thinking capabilities
• Strong background in project management using leadership and teamwork to achieve established
technical milestones for program delivery
• Ability to understand program priorities and incorporate into actionable steps
• Ability to establish program milestones in ambiguous settings and remain flexible and calm when
facing uncertainty
• Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills
• Ability to understand basic system dependencies
• Ability to positively respond and adapt to changes in business scenarios
• Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of
solutions
• Manage all integration aspects directly with one or more third party integration partners
• Proven past in technical and engineering project delivery
• Goal oriented, highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross-functional
environment at detailed levels while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels.

Role Description
• Lead Program Management Office assigned engagements
• Align with internal EPMs and external cross-functional teams to create technical project timetables,
milestones, and associated achievements to meet project delivery goals
• Establish and prioritize project issues using issue tracking system
• Facilitate program issue resolution across fellow EPMs and external partners to drive them to closure
by bringing together key stakeholders for decision making resolution
• Effectively utilize internal systems and software tools to accomplish assigned tasks
• Clearly and continually communicate overall program status using established methods
