Are you a dynamic and analytical thinker with a passion for marketing operations? Our client is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their Strategy Planning and Operations team in EMEA. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies and driving operational excellence across international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align strategies and support quarterly planning initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify challenges and opportunities within the region, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing Director to prepare marketing and business reviews, contributing critical insights.
  • Drive centralized analytics initiatives to measure marketing performance impact, sharing best practices and supporting team onboarding.
  • Quantify the impact of major marketing initiatives throughout the marketing funnel, communicating findings to key stakeholders.
  • Analyse local marketing channels, campaigns, and media performance, driving improvements to measurement platform capabilities.


  • Demonstrable Business Analysis experience. 
  • Strong background in operations; marketing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise/B2B environments preferred.
  • Fluency in German is a plus.
