Job Description:
The senior graphic designer will play an essential role in building the branding and brand identity of the start-up.
With a cross-functional and versatile role, he/she gives direction to the Marketing and Product teams through a strategic and innovative vision of its visual identity and how to showcase physical and digital products.
He/she defines the aesthetic universe associated with the brand.
With great creativity, he/she is never short of ideas and knows how to renew himself in order to always be as close as possible to the current trends without going against its identity.
Beyond this global and strategic role, the head of graphism is very operational and creates unique and innovative visuals to communicate on our different mediums. He/she works hand in hand with the head of communication to deliver its message and story in the best visual way.
Missions and responsibilities:

Creation and continuous improvement of the graphic charter

Definition of a long-term visual identity strategy

Leading the strategic thinking on the development of communication materials

Continuous monitoring of current trends in the creative and artistic world of sport

Creation of signaletics dedicated to each of their targets and for each of their products

Creation of visuals for different media: website, RS, packaging

Accompanying various teams and partners in respecting the visual identity in the promotion of the products.

Management of a social media manager

- Interest for physical, graphical and artistic products.
