The Role

For our client, a leading Design Studio, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be part of their expanding European team. This role would be instrumental in helping to establish their European presence, building and strengthening client and local supplier relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with great brands on interesting projects and will be reporting into our Associate Account Director.



  • Project planning, quoting, forecasting and reporting. Ensuring your projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Planning and executing installations across Europe; Project workflow from concept design, through to fabrication and installation
  • Overseeing every detail of a project from finish to logistics – you will be the person who knows the answers, or where to find them
  • Working with the senior team to drive the business forward and improve processes
  • Main point of contact for clients, managing expectations internally and externally throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Building firm relationship with external partners to bring projects to life to the highest standards
  • Managing multiple outsourced projects of varying sizes
  • Seeking out and managing your own client relationships, working closely with the Associate Account Director and Project Managers to nurture them
  • Training and mentoring more junior team members



  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experienced industry player with varied client facing experience
  • Strong IT skills – in particular Excel & Google Sheets. Synergist knowledge would be a bonus



Our client currently works a hybrid model 3 days a week from their Amsterdam studio and 2 optional WFH days. Normal working hours are 9am – 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.
