As an ABP you’re at the heart of your team’s business opérations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and teal members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving opérational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Our client products and services. You also use that knowledge to stratégically support your team’s projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you posses the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions

Our clientis a very busy, demanding environment and still holds the start-up feel. The org for which we are hiring is mostly internal facing, with multiple stakeholders across time zones and very fast paced. Our ideal candidate will be able to act independently and proactively for and on behalf of 2 directors.

A proficient English speaking self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them. Strong communication skilles. Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask , and work efficiently in a high-paced environment. Must be proficient in travel and expense management and highly organized with exceptional calendar management.  


Experience with calendar management, high volume global travel scheduling and booking, and medium scale budgeting of events ( event between 20-200 pax) Experience of providing polished and professional administrative support to senior executive within a fast paced team and international tech environnement (experience would be preferable) ; must be able navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations independently. Must be stakeholders; this is a very calendar-heavy role across time zones. Ability to maintain strong business partnerships with senior management. creative problem solving attitude; Exceptional attention to detail and effective organizational skills; Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal attention to detail and effective organizational skills. Must be able to work independently with very little guidance, partnering closely with regional and global ABPs, other execs and their offices. Must be sillin to own and manage a number of side wide calendars and allases. expectation of complete confidence on all business matters. exceptional polished, professional attitude and demeanor. As well as supporting  2 main directors. This position will also act as office manager for the Paris Engineering site, including weekly and quarterly site wide events. Budget management, space planning and sending site-wide communication. We are looking for strong teamwork, communication and organization skills
