Do you have business development management or senior sales executive experience, and are you looking for a 12-month FTC contract in London? Aquent is helping a household name recruit a Sales Enablement Specialist, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £58,000.
As a flexible Sales Enablement Specialist, you will work in conjunction with the sales business units to onboard, develop, and enable sales contributors, teams and leaders to achieve their sales quotas and plans.
In your first few weeks in this Sales Enablement Specialist role, you can expect to:
· Drive vendor partner Quality Assurance processes, assessing the quality of manager coaching
· Develop and refine the onboarding process to ensure maximum efficiency
· Run a Needs Analysis following content requests from stakeholders
· Develop basic training materials to bridge identified and agreed on learning gaps
· Attend quarterly business reviews for partner sites
