Our client, a leading global marketing agency, is in need of a Paid Media Manager with agency experience to work on clients across the UK and beyond. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a department or a team out for yourself which means that you’re an independent leader with advanced people management skills. Your proven track record in paid media advertising will help turn our client’s aspirations into reality, achieve excellent customer satisfaction and deliver superior performance. You will be reporting to the Director of Digital Media based in London. 


  • Work on strategy, client management, building campaigns from scratch & optimizing to success
  • Develop, execute and part management of Digital Media strategies, including but not limited to PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, Programmatic and Display, demonstrating high levels of innovation
  • Provide ongoing analysis of paid search and display campaigns, as well as regular and ad-hoc reporting on campaign status to management and account service teams
  • Digital Media development and pitch strategies to existing clients and new business opportunities
  • Develop and upskill existing juniors in the team across Google and Meta platforms
  • Setup and manage Paid Search, Programmatic/Display, YouTube and Social Media campaigns for a variety of clients across different industries
  • Maintain your client accounts to their standards ensuring budgets are being utilised effectively and clients are delighted with performance. This includes building new campaigns, budget management, ongoing optimization and testing new channels
  • Work with Client Services to ensure the client understands the performance within their account, the value of our work and able to assess other new potential channels they can use to further surpass their objectives
  • Create proposals for clients showing clear value propositions and costs of undertaking activity
  • Assist with the new business sales funnel and support with pitches and paid media strategy where needed



  • 3+ years of experience in paid media management
  • Proven digital media campaigns experience with large budgets, especially multi-channel accounts
  • Strong Google Ads knowledge; Must also have experience or a working knowledge of YouTube, Meta, Twitter and other biddable media platforms. Experience with bid management platforms is highly looked upon but not essential
  • A genuine passion for paid media to drive forward innovation, strive for the highest of standards and increase both your knowledge and that of the team 
  • Demonstrable understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing trends
  • Proficient in English & German
