Talent Recruiter - Freelance & Contracts Team

Do you enjoy discovering & supporting a Talent’s journey in finding a new assignment, networking, and working with a team to make successful matches? Then we may have the perfect opportunity for you! We have an immediate opening for a Talent Recruiter in our Aquent Amsterdam Team. Our recruiters play an integral role in our Talent network experience as you are providing Talent with their first impression of our company and our clients.

You’ll work with a tight-knit team of Account Directors and Talent Agents who will partner with you on order fulfillment. It’s important that you enjoy collaboration and value a team-based approach. You’ll be passionate about design, creative and digital trends, enjoy helping people, put your search skills to good use, be resourceful in finding new talent and presenting a diversified Talent pool for the team to work with and present to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, searching, screening, interviewing & managing Talent relationships

  • Submitting short listed and pre-qualified Talent to orders using our own cloud-based platform or our clients vendor management system

  • Creating search and sourcing plans that includes a diverse and inclusive range of internal and external sources.

  • Screening existing Talent availability, comp and pre qualify portfolios, technical skills, and ambition fit.

  • Maintain and grow Talent pool by developing long term relationships with Talent.

  • Work closely with Agent team members to share information/insights on talent and market.

  • Onboarding new Talent starting on assignment, ensuring all the paperwork is in place for a good strong start for their assignment

  • At least 1 year previous sourcing or recruiting experience (agency side or in-house)

  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Proven ability to network effectively online & offline, to grow/build relationships and develop a consistent pipeline for referrals.

  • Experience sourcing on LinkedIn

  • Organized, detail oriented

  • Curious, self-learner motivated to push their knowledge and skills with every conversation.

Skills & experience needed:

  • At least 1 year previous experiencing sourcing or recruiting experience (agency side, in-house or internships)

  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Experience searching, sourcing & networking effectively online to build relationships offline 

  • Organized, detail oriented

  • Curious & motivated to expand their knowledge and skills with every conversation.
