Job Description:

Costumer service support is looking for the following person: 

Experience: 
Understanding of EU-19 (EMEA) market / users / consumers (i.e. within retail) 

Stakeholders: 

- Global (WHQ localization team to manage translations) 

· Avg. work day/week: 

- Reaching out to multiple stakeholders, a little bit of project management, and lots of pressure from other teams to meet deadlines. Middle man between requests to update processes and then the actual updates being published. 

- 3 platforms within consumer services - 

- Working with call center (hosting regular touchbase calls with them) 

- HTML - to code content and post on the database 

- Strategy and content comes from Global / and adjusted to make it relevant for the EU

Client is one of the biggest Fashion sports retailers

Requirements:

Skills: 

- Time Management/Prioritization 

- Do not need a LOT of writing experience 

- Flexible (work day may extend into the evening for partnerships at WHQ) 

- Native English speaker 

- HTML required 

- Detail - oriented (team is the triple spell-checker) 

· Personality: 

- Stress-resistant 

- Curious 

- Customer - Service focus, willingness to help out and jump on things 

- Outgoing, able to communicate well with others
