Responsibilities: Help businesses in Northern Europe make the most of digital through the execution of priority marketing initiatives and programs. Help the team create inspiring and thought provoking advertiser events throughout the year, including kick-off events, wrap-up events, and ongoing educational events in 6 Northern European markets. Concrete Activities include: -- Planning and content development -- cross-functional alignment (Sales, Training teams, PR, agencies and external partners) -- delegate management and tracking -- manage to a budget and track spending -- event success metrics management and tracking -- internal and external communication -- work with content team to drive pre-/post event engagement on Think with Google website and social media) -- supervision of event production process - Launch of Digital Transformation Program in 6 markets in Q1 (5 with large events and subsequent tailored education classes - Drive synergies with other Ads Marketing activities, incl. PR, TwG, Agency, and Retail initiatives.
